We’ve made it really easy for you to shop quickly, enjoyably and simply at Dandy Candy. There are various ways for you to find the sweets you’re looking for or sweets you didn’t know existed! Simply type a sweet you are looking for in our “Search for a Sweet” section at the top of the page OR hover over the many categories to select sweets OR you can shop in our Pick ‘n’ Mix section by just simply ticking a selection of the sweets you want! All of our items are easy to add to your basket – just select the amount you require from the dropdown list and click “add to basket”.
When you've finished shopping, simply proceed to checkout where all the details we need from you to process your order will be requested. You can choose to create an account if you are a new customer or you can purchase your sweets without creating an account at all. Once you have successfully uploaded and completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. This is sent automatically and immediately. This does not mean your order has been despatched. When your order has been despatched you will receive a despatch confirmation email. We may require further details from you.

Pricing and Charges
All charges shown include VAT at the UK rate of 20%. All prices are shown in UK Sterling. We reserve the right to increase our charges at any time taking inflation, product price increases and stock availability into account. We endeavour to make sure all prices are accurate. In rare circumstances, there may be errors and if so, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.
Dandycandy.co.uk reserve the right to cancel an order if it deems suitable to do so for any reason. Products may be canceled or discontinued at any time for various reasons.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Full payment must be received by dandycandy.co.uk before we can despatch your order. We accept most major credit cards, postal orders, cheques and PayPal. Cheques must be detailed with the card number and the cardholders address on the back. Please include details of your order with all postal payments. For orders outside of the UK, we only accept credit cards or PayPal.
Postage Charges & Packaging
We do not make money on delivery charges or packaging. In fact, you will find in most instances, we charge less than we pay for these services. All delivery costs are automatically appended and shown clearly on your order before you submit your credit card details. Charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery address location you specify. Non-EU customers could be liable for Import Duty in their respective countries. If so, you will receive a telephone call or email from customs to let you know they are holding your order. We cannot advise what these costs will be so request that you consult your local customs office for further information.
Orders placed before 10:00am Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
We dispatch UK orders by Royal Mail 1st class or by courier. All couriers require a signature upon delivery and are delivered between 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as practicably possible but dandycandy.co.uk cannot be held liable should any loss occur due to late delivery. If you have not received an email from us requesting extra details or notification of out of stock items and your order has not turned up within the allocated delivery time, please call or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will try and locate your order as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail do stipulate that only items not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classed as lost. We can make a claim after this time has lapsed and reimburse you upon receipt from Royal Mail. We request that our customers order in good time to allow receipt of their order as we cannot be held responsible for impracticable delivery requests. By no means, does this affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or loss when the address or details are entered incorrectly (we do not tamper with ANY details you provide us with). We implore that you check your details are correct before checking out.
We pride ourselves on selecting and selling only the VERY best quality and tastiest sweets. All sweets are stored in a cool dark area unaffected by sunlight or damp. When we send your order, all sweets are sent in the perfect condition you would expect. All orders are packaged to a very high spec. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for sweets that do not travel well during extreme weather conditions such as when it’s snowing or extremely hot.We sell all weighed sweets in multiples of 250 grams. With such a large stock base and so many different types of sweets, there are sweets being discontinued all the time. Whilst we endeavour to update dandycandy.co.uk as often and quickly as possible, we are not always aware of the availability of sweets. If for any reason whatsoever, we cannot supply a product, we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative sweet to the same or higher value (never lower). You will be offered this option, the option for us to send separately to the rest of your order or the option for a full refund.
Our range is one of the largest (if not THE largest) on the internet. Due to such large volumes of stock we cannot guarantee that our products are free of nuts or nut traces. We label ALL ingredients in your sweets. In circumstances where they contains nuts, may contain traces of nuts or any other potentially harmful ingredient for special dietary requirements, we will note this on the ingredients labeling clearly in CAPITALS. The absence of any statement means that the manufacturer does not state such information and the likelihood that nuts are prevalent is extremely unlikely. We request that the customer uses best practice and contacts us before purchasing ANY products if they have any adverse allergies to any particular ingredients or are unsure so we can inform you of any possibilities. If still unsure, we recommend that you do not purchase our sweets.
We have painstakingly taken the time to add ingredients. Exact quantities and weights for individual sweets are shown in each product description so you know exactly what you will get.
It is impossible for us to confirm that ANY sweet is guaranteed 100% free of any traces of nut as most manufacturers produce nuts or sweets containing traces of nuts in the same factory. We will strive to note this on the ingredients label whenever possible. The information provided by Dandy Candy about nuts is purely an aid to assist you when purchasing your sweets. It is by no means definitive and due to manufacturers continuously changing ingredients or being sold on to other manufacturers, the information supplied by Dandy Candy should always be viewed as details supplied by the manufacturer and by no means a second guess or Dandy Candy's own information. We do not 100% guarantee that our sweets are 100% free from nuts at any time and therefore purchasing our products is at the buyers own risk.
We're thoroughly confident that your order will be one of, if not THE best package you will ever receive in the post! No order leaves our doors in any condition short of perfect. All orders are packaged to a high specification. In the event your order arrives damaged or in the unlikely event your order is incorrect or not in the perfect condition you should expect, we will offer you with the choice of a free replacement or a full refund, if you return the product to us at Dandy Candy Limited, Unit 4, Great Hayes Business Centre, Lower Burnham Road, Stow Maries, Essex, Cm3 6SQ within 30 days of receipt. We will of course reimburse you for the cost of the return postage provided proof of postage is obtained and is included with the returned order.When returning items, please include your order number and details. Until we receive the returned order, the responsibility for this order is still yours. We will notify you by email when we receive your returned order and immediately process your requirements.

Similarly, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return the goods to us, within fourteen days of receipt, stating clearly your order number and details of your complaint or reason for return. We only reimburse orders where the sweets are UNOPENED/UNEATEN, for obvious reasons. When we are satisfied that the item(s) has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you we will refund you for the value of the sweets (excluding the postage charges) or replace your sweets – whatever you choose. Made to order items are excluded from this policy. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions and photographs of our products, it is not always possible to be precise. Where we state information about the sweets (e.g. whether they contain nuts, sugar, gluten or gelatine etc.) we reproduce wherever possible the information provided by the manufacturer. Credit & Debit Card Security
We take the greatest effort to ensure the highest possible standards of online security. We use SagePay to process credit card payments from customers. We do not store any credit card information on our systems or at our premises under ANY circumstances. SagePay is a secure payment site. Card payments are made to “dandy candy limited”. This is the name you will see on your credit card or bank statement. We also accept Paypal payments.
Privacy and Data Policy
The only times we collect information from you are when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we are committed to protecting your privacy and do not share any such information with third parties.
We use this information to better respond to your individual needs, send you weekly newsletters and special offers, process transactions efficiently and to notify you of details pertaining to your order
